Norcom has offices in Alaska and Washington state. In the near future we will be consolidating in one location, in Poulsbo Washington, which is just outside of Seattle. Our office hours are 9 to 5 Monday Thru Friday Pacific Time. Pacific time (GMT minus 8hrs) is 3 hours EARLIER than East Coast time. Please bear this in mind when calling for tech support.
